Skyworks Si8220 & Si8221 Opto-Input Isolated Gate Drivers (SOIC)

The Skyworks Si8220/21 Isodrivers are high-performance isolated gate driver ICs designed as drop-in functional upgrades for traditional optocoupler-based gate driver solutions. They provide robust isolated signal transfer with opto-like input characteristics, superior isolation ratings, and high peak output drive for driving power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and other power devices in industrial systems.

These devices leverage advanced silicon isolation technology to deliver better noise immunity, tighter part-to-part matching, lower propagation delay variation, and improved long-term stability compared with discrete optocouplers.
