Initiate Request
Log in to your MakerBazar account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and submit a request within 7 days of delivery.
Verification & Approval
Our technical team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the electronic component to verify the reported defect or issue.
Package Your Item
Once approved, securely pack the item in its original anti-static bag and box, including all accessories and the original invoice to prevent damage during transit.
Quality Check & Refund
After we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
